Day 1 (7/16/27): Travel

Departure Flight from John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) New York to Denpasar International Airport, Bali

Meals: Inflight

Day 2 (7/17/27): Arrival & Tourism in Ubud, Bali

Upon arrival at Denpasar International Airport, meet the local destination team and transfer to our five star Ubud hotel. After check in, the remainder of the day is yours to rest, explore the property and begin settling into Bali's slower rhythm.

Day 3 (7/18/27): Purpose Passport Experience 1 & Tourism

Purpose Passport Experience: Rise, Reflect & Affirm: A Bali Morning. Before beginning the day's exploration, gather for an intimate Gallivanting Into Greatness experience designed to help travelers become present and intentional about the experience ahead. Through gentle grounding, reflection, affirmations and brief guided journaling, guests will have an opportunity to pause, notice what they want from their time in Bali and set a personal intention for the days ahead.

The 45-60 minute experience may include:

• Guided breathing and grounding

• Tea or Balinese coffee

• A brief reflection on the power of intentional language

• Personal affirmation creation

• Guided journaling

• Setting an intention for the Bali experience

• Optional sharing and connection

The Best of Ubud: Following the Purpose Passport Experience, begin the day's exploration of Ubud.

Highlights include:

• Sacred Monkey Forest

• Tegallalang Rice Terraces

• Balinese coffee plantation experience

• Kopi Luwak tasting opportunity

Day 4 (7/19/27): Tourism

Jungle ATV Adventure: Take the wheel for an adventurous ride through Ubud's back country, including jungle trails, palm groves, village lanes and river crossings. Lunch is included following the adventure.

Expect some mud.

Expect some laughter.

Expect a Bali story you will be telling long after you return home.

Day 5 (7/20/27): Tourism

Ubud to Kuta | Signature Balinese Spa Ritual: Depart the highlands of Ubud and travel south to Kuta.

After settling into the beach resort, enjoy a signature Balinese spa experience featuring:

• Traditional Balinese massage

• Body scrub

• Flower bath

Then enjoy the remainder of the evening at leisure as our Bali experience transitions from jungle landscapes to the shoreline.

Day 6 (7/21/27): Tourism

Melasti Beach | Kecak Dance | Jimbaran Bay: Experience Bali's coastal beauty and culture through a day that includes Melasti Beach, a traditional Kecak performance at sunset and a seafood dinner at Jimbaran Bay.

Meals: Breakfast and Dinner

Day 7 (7/22/27): Purpose Passport Experience 2 & Tourism

Purpose Passport Experience - Stack Your Peace: Self Care Stacking in Bali: Begin the leisure day with a practical Gallivanting Into Greatness experience focused on taking some of Bali's sense of restoration home.

Guests will learn how to connect small wellness practices to routines they already perform, making self care more realistic and sustainable.

The 45-60 minute experience may include:

• Morning coffee → three intentional breaths

• Drinking water → body and posture check

• Applying sunscreen → repeat an affirmation

• Waiting for transportation → shoulder release and breathing

• Returning home from work → one sentence reflection

• Preparing for bed → gratitude and intentional technology disconnect

Each guest will leave with a personalized Self Care Stack of simple practices they can continue after Bali.

Leisure Day | Explore Bali Your Way: After the Purpose Passport Experience, today belongs to you.

Relax at the resort, head to the beach, explore Kuta, shop for those last few Bali finds or simply give yourself permission to do absolutely nothing.

Optional Experience

Nusa Penida Island Escape

Travelers may choose an optional excursion to Nusa Penida, known for dramatic cliffs, crystal clear waters, snorkeling bays and some of Indonesia's most photographed coastline. The Nusa Penida excursion is expressly identified by the supplier as an optional add on and is not part of the base package price.

Day 8 (7/23/27): Tourism & Departure

Farewell Bali | Begin Journey Home: Enjoy your final Balinese breakfast before checking out.

Seats are assigned by the airlines. If you would like a specific seat, contact the airline directly after you receive your travel document to request a specific seat.

Also note, that some airlines do not assign seats in advance for group bookings, and seats will be assigned at the airport upon check-in.

Important: Land Only travelers should not purchase airfare until Gallivanting Worldwide Travel provides the approved arrival and departure flight parameters.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable.

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing to Tanya@gallivanting-worldwide.com

  • Cancellations submitted on or before February 28, 2027 will be refunded the amount paid less the deposit and a $300 administration fee.

  • Cancellations submitted after March 1, 2027 will forfeit all payments made and no refund will be provided.

PAYMENTS

• The full amount of the trip cost is to be paid by the final payment date, April 30, 2026

• Several payment options are available - you can pay in full or pay in installments.

• A late payment fee of $300 per person will be charged if payment in full is not received by the final due date, April 30, 2027.  Late payment fees are automatically added to your reservation the day after your final payment due date.

• Trips not paid by the final payment date are subject to cancellation and no refund will be provided.

• All late payment requests must be approved by Gallivanting Worldwide Travel, LLC before the final payment date, April 30, 2027.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

• We encourage all travelers to purchase a travel protection plan at the time of initial trip deposit.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate documents to travel. Passports must be valid for six (6) months beyond the date of travel. Some countries require that your passport contain a certain number of blank pages. A visa is required to travel to certain countries. Please refer to the U.S. Department of State website for specific travel requirements for the country(ies) you will visit on this trip,

• Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate immunizations to travel. Please refer to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention website for immunization requirements for the country(ies) you will visit on this trip.
