Day 1 (9/28/26): Departure Flight from New York to Bali

Day 2 9/29/26): In Transit to Bali

Day 3 (9/30/26): Arrive in Ubud, Bali

Upon arrival at Bali (Ngurah Rai Airport), we meet our guide and travel to your hotel. Hotel standard check in time is after 2:00 pm. Early check in available with a surcharge. 

Relax & unwind. Enjoy dinner on your own.

Day 4 (10/1/26): Wellness & Tourism

2 hour Balinese inspired wellness workshop after breakfast.

After workshop transfer to well known for panoramic rice fields then we proceed to the well-known temple. At the end of the tour, we travel back to the hotel.

Day 5 (10/2/26): Wellness & Tourism

2 hour Balinese inspired wellness workshop after breakfast.

After workshop transfer to Celuk Village, renowned for its exquisite gold and silver jewelry, and Mas Village, famous for its intricate wood carvings and artistic heritage. Continue to Kintamani set around the rim of the Gunung Batur crater. Look out over Bali’s most active volcano, Mount Batur, which soars over 1,800 metres into the sky. In the centre is a beautiful turquoise green lake, the largest lake of the island. After a late lunch in a local restaurant with beautiful views, drive back to the south with a stop in Tegalalang to see Bali’s most iconic rice terraces.

Day 6 (10/3/26): Wellness & Tourism On Your Own

2 hour Balinese inspired wellness workshop after breakfast.

The remainder of the day at leisure to relax or explore Ubud on your own.

After breakfast, transfer to Tirta Empul Temple in Bali offers a purification ritual called Melukat, a sacred ceremony where participants cleanse their bodies, minds, and spirits in the temple's sacred spring water. The ceremony involves prayers, symbolic cleansing under the fountains, and offerings,

Day 9 (10/6/26): Tourism & Travel

After enjoying your early breakfast, you will be checking out from the hotel. During the transfer to airport you will enjoy lunch at an authentic Balinese cooking class. Enjoy a lunch of the dishes you make.  After lunch get a spa treatment or shop at a nearby market before transferring to airport for departure flight from Bali.

Upon arrival at Dubai (Dubai International Airport), you will be escorted to your vehicle and transferred to Dubai Mall. At The Top - Burj Khalifa Floor 124/125: Visit the World's tallest tower - Burj Khalifa The Dubai Mall: Free time to explore Dubai Mall. the largest in the world - Options include shopping, cinema, a wide array of restaurants, ice-skating, and visiting the Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo, to name a few. In the afternoon drop to hotel for check-in and free time at your own leisure.

Day 11 (10/8/26): Wellness & Tourism

2 hour Dubai style empowerment session after breakfast

After empowerment session we'll be transferred to Abra Ride (Water Taxi): Board one of the traditional local Abras (Water taxi) which is used until today to cross the Dubai creek.

SMCCU Cultural Lunch: Enjoy a beautifully authentic experience of Emirati traditions and culture at the Sheikh Mohamed Bin Rashed Al Maktoum Centre for Cultural Understanding (SMCCU). Enjoy a homemade lunch will be served whilst a local Emirati guide speaks about the culture, tradition, and everyday lives of the Emirati people.  Open dialogue and questions are encouraged, with the aim of promoting understanding and tolerance. Gold and Spice Souk: Located in the heart of old Dubai is the famous Gold and Spice Souk.  A walk through the bustling alleys affords you a wonderful experience - enjoy the dazzling gold and the beautiful aroma of the local spices

Day 12 (10/9/26): Wellness & Tourism

2 hour Dubai style empowerment session after breakfast.

This afternoon, a private 4X4 Desert Safari. The highlight of any visit to Dubai is undoubtedly this amazing tour. The tour starts in private luxury 4X4 vehicles, from the hotel in Dubai, heading out towards the desert. A beautiful photo stop on top of the dune is also included before arrival at the Bedouin camp. No Bedouin experience is complete with a traditional cup of Arabic coffee and a camel ride. This is followed by a typical barbeque dinner, prepared on the open fire, and of course, a magical belly dancing show to complete the evening

Day 13 (10/10/26): Tourism

After breakfast we are Gallivanting, our first stop for a guided tour to Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, which is considered to be the most important architectural treasure of contemporary UAE society - and one of the largest mosques in the world. We continue afterwards to the Women’s Handicraft Centre for a display of the handcrafts made by the local ladies. Drive through the Corniche road with a photo stop at the breakwater and the iconic hotel of Abu Dhabi Emirates Palace and then we visit the Heritage Village for a discovery of the pre-oil life.  Qasr Al Watan: "Palace of the Nations" or Qasr Al Watan as it is called in Arabic, is a working Presidential Palace and a majestic cultural landmark. Part of the Palace is open to the public to visit. It offers a look into the history of the nation, its traditions and its ties with other countries. The visit includes The Great Hall, the Spirit of Collaboration Room, the Library and the House of Knowledge, to name a few.   Lunch in local restaurant including water and soft drinks

Emirates Palace Abu Dhabi Hotel: Photo stop to this iconic hotel of Abu Dhabi with its charming mix of Islamic & contemporary design. Stop at Abu Dhabi Corniche & Breakwater: Quick stop for fresh air and probably some photos at the Corniche and the Breakwater of Abu Dhabi. Drive around Yas Island and take a photo stop outside Warner Bros. & Ferrari World, before driving back to Dubai.

Note:-Dress Code-Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque visit:-There is a Mandatory Dress code to be followed for entry to the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, Abu Dhabi. Long trousers or long skirts & long sleeves to ankle/wrist. No shorts for men, no tight &transparent clothing. Women must cover their head with a scarf hence we suggest to bring it along. No visible tattoos.

Day 14 (10/11/26): Tourism

Breakfast at the hotel. Time has just come to say goodbye to UAE! After check out, you will be picked up from your hotel and transferred to The Dubai Mall of the Emirates for some time to shop and explore on your own. Remember, this is a huge mall, so there is plenty to do in addition to shopping!

Later, have a group dinner at a local restaurant, including water and soft drinks. After dinner, transfer to Dubai International Airport to catch your early morning homebound flight.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable.

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing to TravelingwithTanya@gmail.com

  • Cancellations submitted on or before March 30, 2026 will be refunded the amount paid less the deposit and a $300 administration fee.

  • Cancellations submitted after March 30, 2026 will forfeit all payments made and no refund will be provided.

PAYMENTS

• The full amount of the trip cost is to be paid by the final payment date.

• Several payment options are available - you can pay in full or pay in installments.

• A late payment fee of $350 per person will be charged if payment in full is not received by the final due date listed on your invoice.  Late payment fees are automatically added to your reservation the day after your final payment due date.

• Trips not paid by the final payment date are subject to cancellation and no refund will be provided.

• All late payment requests must be approved by Gallivanting Worldwide Travel, LLC before the final payment date on your invoice.

• We encourage all travelers to purchase a travel protection plan at the time of initial trip deposit.

• Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate documents to travel. Passports must be valid for six (6) months beyond the date of travel. Some countries require that your passport contain a certain number of blank pages. A visa is required to travel to certain countries.
