Please be advised this is a Net Travel Group Inc. dba as Soul Nation and Gallivanting Worldwide Travel, LLC event

One guest of each room will be required to supply a refundable $100 credit card hold at hotel check-in for any incidentials.  Example: Missing towels, damage, smoking in the room, etc.

Soul Nation and Gallivanting Worldwide Travel, LLC gives notice that in the absence of negligence on their part EACH PARTICIPANT HEREBY RELEASES Soul Nation and Gallivanting Worldwide Travel, LLC for losses or damages arising from physical or emotional injury, property damages, or other economic damages caused by such beyond their control.  Because of unforeseen circumstances, Soul Nation and Gallivanting Worldwide Travel, LLC reserve the right to withdraw any tour or make any changes, with or without notice.  Payments are non-transferable and name changes and replacements are not accepted. Trips canceled due to lack of payment are not entitled to any kind of refund.  It is highly recommended to purchase travel insurance.  Each tour participant must be of the minimum drinking age (21) allowed by the state in which the destination is located to participate in the functions or tour inclusions which contain alcoholic beverages.

Due to unforeseen circumstances Soul Nation and Gallivanting Worldwide Travel, LLC cannot guarantee the appearance of any performer.  If Soul Nation and Gallivanting Worldwide Travel, LLC are given adequate notice, Soul Nation shall attempt to provide a replacement of Soul Nation's choosing, and if successful, participants then are not entitled to any form of refund.  If Soul Nation is unable to provide a replacement, than each participant is entitled to a pro-rated refund of the $20 concert price.  Soul Nation's only responsibility is to provide a refund of the "no show artists pro-rated portion of the total $20 concert price.
